coFairly
Not a final legal document

Terms · draft for legal review

coFairly is a coordination tool for authorised parents. It is not legal advice, a payment service or a guarantee of court admissibility. Use accurate information and respect the other parent’s account access. Each account is independent. Messages and family documents are shared with authorised members. Expense approvals are not evidence of payment. All available features are free for every family. There are no subscriptions or paid packages. The operator must supply legal entity details, support contacts, dispute procedures, service commitments and applicable terms before public launch.

Your account and family information

Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and share child information only when you are authorised to do so. Each parent uses an independent account. Do not upload unlawful content or use the app to threaten, harass or impersonate someone.

Plans and payments

A schedule proposal leaves the confirmed plan unchanged until the other parent accepts it. Recorded payments are self-reported. The app does not independently verify that money changed hands.

Access and your records

Ending family access does not erase shared records. Where family access changes are available, ownership transfers and requests to end the other parent’s access require their approval. You can download accessible records and request account deletion in Settings. Requests involving shared records need review. See the privacy notice and support page for the current process.
