Care, across two homes
One place for the everyday.
Your child at the centre.
coFairly brings practical family plans together so parents can find the details they need. Start with a school pickup, a care note or an upcoming appointment.
1. Create your account and shared space
Sign up with your own email and password, confirm your email, then follow the setup steps to create your family workspace. Invite your co-parent using their email address. Each parent uses their own account.
2. Make the next day clearer
Add school dates, appointments and handovers to the shared calendar. Include the time, place and the practical details you both need. Schedule proposals leave the confirmed plan unchanged until the other parent accepts a change.
3. Keep care details together
Use shared conversations and documents for information your family needs. A short note about a school event or the kit needed tomorrow can help both parents prepare. Choose relevant details and keep children’s information limited to what is needed for their care.
4. Keep track of everyday costs
Record expenses, agreed contributions and payments in one place. For example, enter a school trip cost and the agreed shares so both parents can refer to the same record. Payments are recorded by parents; coFairly does not move money or independently verify payment.
5. Keep adult coordination with adults
Use your workspace to discuss arrangements directly, rather than asking your child to pass on messages. The app provides a place to organise information; parents still make decisions about their child’s needs and any arrangements that apply to their family.
Before you begin
All available features are free, with no subscription or payment required. Shared records are accessible to authorised family members. Read the privacy notice for current data practices and the manual account deletion process.
Every family’s circumstances are different. If shared communication could put someone at risk, seek appropriate local support before using a shared workspace.
